Escape to our charming countryside holiday cottage in Monthelon, nestled among the vineyards. Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the countryside while being just a short distance from Épernay, the capital of Champagne.

An intimate and cosy cottage designed for a relaxing stay, located close to, yet completely independent from, our guest rooms.

Ground floor:

3 m² entrance hall leading to the staircase, toilet and storage cupboard.

19 m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen, including:

multifunction oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, crockery and kitchen utensils, coffee maker and kettle, raclette grill and toaster.

The living area also features a sofa, Bridge-style armchairs and a coffee table.

First floor:

5 m² landing with a cosy reading corner.

12 m² bedroom with a King-size bed (160 × 200 cm), anti-dust-mite duvet, two sizes of pillows, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

13 m² bedroom with twin beds (80 × 200 cm), anti-dust-mite duvets, two sizes of pillows, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

A baby cot can be provided, together with a high chair and changing mat.

4 m² bathroom with a large washbasin, bathtub, storage space and hairdryer.

Outside:

60 m² enclosed courtyard

17 m² covered terrace

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Washing machine available, along with cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner.

Weber charcoal barbecue and outdoor garden furniture.

Several free parking spaces are available close to the house. It is also possible to park one car inside the private courtyard.
